Core Technical Advantages

High-efficiency Washing Capacity: 300KG/h ~ 5Ton/h Realize 97% label removal rate; equipped with SKDⅡ blade crusher for complete crushing with no residual scraps. The extruder adopts 38CrMoAlA alloy screw and barrel matched with cold-face pelletizing technology. We independently innovate pipeline multi-stage air classification & drying machine for superior flake sorting and dehumidification.

Food-Grade Robust Construction All raw-material contacting parts are fabricated from 304 stainless steel; key electrical components adopt Siemens, ABB and Delixi brands, paired with SKF bearings to ensure long-term stable production for food-grade recycling requirements.

Wide Raw Material Compatibility Capable of processing waste PET bottles, PP greenhouse film and wet kitchen waste; available with single-stage or multi-stage pelletizing configuration. Final recycled pellets can be sold directly as commodities or further processed into PE plastic pipes.
