We specialize in manufacturing complete dual wall heat shrink tube production line, also supply extrusion solutions for elastic heat shrink tube, two-color heat shrink tube and insulation tube. 

Our core twin-screw co-extrusion line is specially engineered for double wall heat shrink tube manufacturing. The finished dual wall heat shrink tube is constructed with outer wear-resistant polyolefin insulation layer and inner hot melt adhesive layer, supporting 3:1 & 4:1 shrink ratio, with optional black, orange, blue and green colors. Once heated and shrunk, the inner adhesive melts to form tight waterproof sealing for finished heat shrink tube products.

Different from ordinary heat shrink tube extrusion equipment, our production line owns patented screw structure and precision customized die head, which optimizes two-layer raw material flow matching. Equipped with frequency converter driving system, full automatic tension control and auto tube loading system, we customize the whole extrusion line based on clients’ raw material characteristics and required shrink expansion ratio, ensuring 100% uniform tube wall thickness, stable continuous output and long machine service lifespan. Higher production efficiency makes our heat shrink production line outperform most mainstream equipment on the market.
