Non-Woven Flat-Bottom Bag Making Line Shipped to Europe

The gauze bags produced by this line are suitable for applications such as milk filtration, fully meeting the durability requirements of industrial filter bags. Additionally, the line is equipped with PLC-controlled stacking and automatic blanking functions for finished bags, achieving a production efficiency of over 1,500 bags per hour.

At the end of November, we successfully delivered the first custom non-woven flat-bottom bag making line to our European customer as scheduled. The line has passed the customer's acceptance test smoothly and has been shipped to Europe.

The non-woven fabric machine processes the gauze through a slitting machine first. Then, with ultrasonic welding and heat press welding technologies, the gauze is melted and bonded instantly—no needles, threads or glue are required. The welds feature extremely high strength and uniform width, with no consumable contamination.
