In August, during the production of non-woven textile equipment ordered by a European client, the client visited our company for on-site inspection and acceptance.

This European client has purchased our independently developed fully automatic non-woven fabric flat-bottom bag-making machine and non-woven fabric slitting machine, which are specifically used in the production and manufacturing of milk filter cloth.

Key Parameters & Features of the Equipment

Model ZQY-A1700 Non-woven Fabric Slitting Machine: The slitting width ranges from 100mm to 810mm (corresponding to a bag-making width of 30mm to 550mm).

Fully Automatic Non-woven Fabric Flat-bottom Bag-making Machine: The bag-making length is adjustable from 100mm to 650mm; the maximum production capacity reaches 1,000,000 pieces per hour.

Edge Sealing System: Adopts an ultrasonic system for edge sealing, with an edge sealing length of 300mm and 2 edge-sealing units.

Stacking Optimization: After R&D improvements, the finished product stacking method has been upgraded, significantly improving the efficiency of the production line and reducing labor input.

The equipment is scheduled to be delivered in early September!
