ZQY Secures 14 Global Orders, Inks Korea Strategic Deal

January is a glorious month for ZQY-Zengqiyun Machinery as we have successively received multiple orders from Bolivia, South Korea, India and Saudi Arabia, with a total of 14 production lines ordered. Bolivia alone customized 7 different production lines with a total value of more than RMB 2.6 million. In particular, orders for the heat shrink tube continuous expansion production line and heat shrink tube sectional expansion production line are booming!

ZQY has signed a contract for the dry electric heating heat shrink tube expansion production line with a South Korean client, and production is being accelerated at full speed! The dry heat shrink tube expansion production line greatly improves the expansion efficiency of heat shrink tubes and adopts ZQY’s newly developed vacuum box expansion technology. Through double expansion and water cooling, the expanded heat shrink tube products are extremely clean with no oil stains.

Furthermore, the vacuum box expansion technology can greatly mitigate the quality defects of extruded raw materials caused by radiation cross-linking, thus ensuring stable quality output of heat-shrinked tube expansion. The South Korean client has also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zengqiyun Machinery, entrusting our company to provide customized solutions and planning suggestions. In connection with the client’s new factory and workshop relocation in South Korea in 2026, all expansion production lines and technologies will be fully replaced with ZQY’s products and solutions.
