Adopting SJ45×28 single-screw extruder as core host. This equipment is perfectly suited for producing elastic, two-color and dual-wall heat shrink tube, especially high-temperature rubber and high-transparency elastomer heat shrink tubing with over 80% transparency, convenient for later surface printing processing.

ZQY extrusion line is configured with reliable Siemens control system, processing temperature adjustable from 150℃ to 240℃; the constant temperature range of 170–180℃ ensures stable shrinkage ratio for special elastic raw materials. It features ±1℃ precise air cooling system and high-grade nitrided alloy screw & barrel after rigorous factory inspection, with stable hourly output between 15kg and 35kg.
