Precision customized die head effectively balances multi-color raw material feeding flow, with stable frequency converter drive control. Our independently developed patented screw is a distinctive advantage unavailable from most domestic suppliers. We tailor the whole extrusion machine based on customers’ raw material property and required shrink & expansion ratio, ensuring 100% uniform tube wall thickness and stable continuous production yield.

Equipped with SJ45 L/D28 extruder: nitrided alloy screw & barrel, ±1℃ precise air cooling control, service life up to 5 years with stable extrusion pressure. For Φ3mm two-color heat shrink tube, our production line reaches top running speed at 110m/min, far exceeding the industry average 70m/min, bringing better production efficiency and cost performance. The unit features 45mm diameter screw with hourly output ranging from 20–35kg/h.
